Teachers go through a rather exhaustive vetting process. In addition to being licensed and having a background check in their local municipality, Principal Roll puts teachers through a written test, several interviews, reference checks, and a final example lesson before bringing anyone onto the Da Vinci Tree team.
We select the best teachers from all over! Principal Roll literally goes to the every corner of the Earth to find great teachers. Most of our staff are from the USA. The second largest contingent is from SE Asia, mostly the Philippines. We also have a number of teachers from East Africa and occasionally one or two from Europe. We are very proud of our international roster of teachers!
